Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DG IMPACT's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

DG IMPACT provides digital product development services including web development, mobile app development, product design, AI & machine learning, cloud & DevOps, technical SEO, AI search optimization, and technology consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project. DG IMPACT retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies used in the development process. We may use general knowledge and techniques gained during your project in future work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is brought current.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business plans, technical specifications, code, and any non-public information. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

DG IMPACT's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work and materials upon final payment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use of our services after notice of material changes does not substitute for your informed acceptance. For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will seek your acknowledgement where required by applicable law.
